In this second instructional Steel Mace video I will demonstrate basic Steel Mace exercises that I will be using in training videos. Be sure to watch the first video to understand hand placement and landmark cues.
These exercises and language are from The Onnit Academy Steel Mace curriculum developed by my coach Erik Melland. So grab a steel mace and follow along to practice.
