Change is more present than ever. Let's practice mindfulness and drop into the magic of every moment. Breathe with me and find your freedom in each present moment. Connect with your body and the new life inside you. There is so much going on that becoming still and present are your greatest strengths. Sit down or lie down, support your body however feels best. This meditation creates a lot of space for you to self reflect, remember the power in your breath and find peace in the moment. Congratulations on your new little light beam!
