But if you’re the base, thats not the only view you’re gonna get ;) You will get a nice view of your lovely flyer upside down! If you’re the base, simply make sure you are sitting up tall with a straight spine and extended arms. If you’re the flyer, ensure that your hips are stacked above your shoulders and your core is in tight. You may feel as though your hips are extending too far over your shoulders; however, they aren’t :) Just think to pike your hips and hold onto your base’s ankles! Have fun!
