Adding a few new moves but not too far removed from what we've done in the previous 2. It's nothing you can't handle with a little bit of focus and repetition. With those two key ingredients, what was once viewed as impossible, becomes achievable. Give yourself the time to breathe and in time you will succeed. Move with intention.
