Join me for 20 minutes of stillness to breathe into your heart (Anahata Chakra) and belly/diaphragm (Manipura Chakra). We utilize deep diaphragmatic breath to release walls and constriction, pain and wounds in order to create more space for love, healing, and belief in yourself, your dreams, and goals. Acknowledging your ability to utilize your the emotional and intuitive "brain" of your heart and gut to help guide you to deeper clarity, connection, and truth. Find a quiet space, comfortable seat either on the floor, cushion or chair and just breathe!
