Sit in meditation for 20 minutes. Join me and take a seat anywhere anytime to reset your body, your mind, your spirit! In this message I share my struggle when I have a hard time focusing and when it feels like there are lists on top of lists of things to do. This exercise is to hopefully help you take a moment to stop everything. Sometimes movement can serve our bodies well to work out the kinks and tension, but sometimes a great balance to that is stillness, pause, and reflection.
