Y'all know what I'm talking about. Sometimes I find it extremely challenging to motivate myself to complete even the simplest of tasks. It's hard to make it to your mat when you can barely find the energy to get out of bed. This flow is for exactly those kinds of days. Slow easy movements and gentle transitions.
