Really good inner and outer hip and thigh release in this one. Enjoy all the deep breaths you know we get into during these sessions. The shapes are only one aspect. Just as important, the breath gets into those deeper areas of the stretch, especially in this hip releasing yin session. Thanks for treating your body to some goodness :)
