This 45 min. flow is centered on synchronizing breath and movement together in repetitions of three. Enjoy heart openers, hip work and the sound of birds! Austin's famous green macaw parrots fly in to land on the top of the bikes right after I started flowing and flew away before closing. You will move through low and high lunges, warrior 2 and half moon, finishing with core and reclined pigeon pose. There is much fluid movement between poses with fun transitions. Be sure to connect breath with each movement and stay present. Enjoy!
