In this short flow we will focus on grounding shapes, with an emphasis on the hips and root chakra. Expect zero Chaturangas and up dogs here!
In this 45 minute flow we will focus on strengthening and stretching the hamstrings and the lower back. If your hammies are tight, grab a couple yoga blocks or large books to assist you!
This sequence is focused on creating a greater range of motion through your hips while easing tension out of the posterior chain. Expect to leave class feeling like you've got an extra pep in your step! This class is for all levels.
