I titled this flow the Good Kind flow because thats what the restaurant is called where we filmed at. But, it suits this flow perfectly. Its just an all around good full body flow thats kind yet strong. I was practicing right under the sun so for me, I was feeling a pretty physical practice. Would love to know how it felt for you!
