Gather your crystals, mala beads and get on your mat! It's time to explore infinity within the finite! ;) This is a seriously fun flow. Expect to move quickly, flow freely and be very present to follow the wild transitions. I enjoyed this practice with guidance from my body and less from my thinking mind. I listened to what would feel great next and was pleasantly surprised at my energy level to keep flowing and flowing while the 105 degree sun was beating down! If you're into Ayurveda, this is great flow to increase the airy, flowy, creative vibes of the VATA dosha! If you're feeling lethargic or angry, enjoy this flow and bring some gentle breeze into your soul. Thanks to El Cosmico in Marfa, Texas for this glorious tepee! <3 PS I filmed an accompanying meditation to this flow! Try it out!
Just like I say in the beginning, move like you. Not like how you think you should, or how you've seen on IG. Move from your heart. Do what feels right, move around, explore your body in all the shapes that it can make. Every day is going to be different, and thats the beauty of yoga, no day will...
In yoga mythology, Ganesha is the remover of obstacles. So in the physical form (asana) of yoga, we see Ganesha as a dance as we overcome struggles. It's a reminder that we are stronger than what we think and must remember to not take things too seriously- remember to dance. Enjoy this short flow...
