This is one of my personal favorite sequences! We change directions a few times, which keeps you on your toes ;) In this class you will have a chance to flow through the sequence two times, which allows you the freedom to move at your own pace the second time through. The theme of this class is to get out of your head and into your body and feel free. No judgements, no expectations, just feeling good for you and only you. Start in Child’s pose and enjoy!
