Let's chill out. I don't know about you, but pregnancy is a bit like a rollercoaster for me. One day I wake up feeling on top of the world and the next I wake up feeling like I was hit by a bus. LOL Lots of laughter in between. Finding your strength as a Mom often means embracing your softness. This class is slow moving and more gentle than your normal vinyasa class, but still has the powerful potential to transform stress into peace. This class should be great if you are experiencing fatigue, constipation, light-headedness, brain fog and/or anxiety. There are so many pregnancy symptoms. Ride the wave and keep breathing.
