The journey of pregnancy offers infinite lessons. Each week, day and sometimes minute, I find myself opening up to a new realization or lesson. One of the most important and powerful things to practice in life (even more so during pregnancy and new Motherhood) is to ask for and receive support. Asking for support takes courage, faith and trust. Receiving support takes an open heart, confidence and surrender.
Begin to enjoy support in this class. Welcome the support of the wall and see how many things we can do on it! It's fun!
I'm 31 weeks pregnant in this video. My third trimester is bringing a louder call to trust and surrender to the journey. This practice is a reflection of that. My yoga flow practice has changed a lot and I am welcoming it. I invite you to do the same!
