Pressing up may feel like it’s a long way off, and that’s because it is. It takes years to work on your press up, but that that doesn’t mean you can’t start working on it today. In this class we’re gonna work on a lot of stuff that helps you get closer to puppy pressing in your future. Even if you’re not close to pressing up this is a crazy good upper body burn!
