Filmed in one of my favorite spots, Marfa, Texas, this body weight interval class will get everything moving. From your hips, to quads, shoulders, and core, be ready for a challenge. We finish off with core work and a nice cool down. If you aren't familiar with the front kick through, you might take a peak and my instructional tutorial before this class. Or just hop right in and learn as you go. Remember slow is graceful and graceful is strong. No need to rush through it control the movement and master your body as it moves through space.
This is a complete 30 min. bodyweight training in nature with focus on the lower body with a complete warm up and cool down. I don't give many breaks so remember to press pause if you need more rest but challenge yourself to stay active. Good luck Ninja's!
