Yoga means to yoke, or union, and I have found this truth on my mat, in my practice. This union is what brings me back to my mat, day after day, year after year. My desire as a teacher is to create an environment that allows you to find a connection with your breath, body, mind and spirit wherever you are or whatever style you choose to practice. My flow classes are challenging - you might see some unique asana and find yourself trying new things. At the same time lightness and playfulness are encouraged. My restorative practices are nurturing, calming and supportive. I invite you to slow down and release stress and tension so that you feel grounded, at ease and more balanced. Whatever style you choose my hope is that you will leave with a radiant yoga glow!
