Thank you for joining me to practice a 30 minute blend of Yin and Restorative. Sometimes getting onto your mat makes all the difference and its as simple as that! For this class all you need is you, your mat and the focus and intention of the practice. Take your time, find deep breaths and let it go! In todays practice I will have you set yourself up to open up the back line of your body, which stimulates the kidneys and the adrenals areas to help relieve stress. Take care of yourself and enjoy the practice!
