Wonderful sunset yin class at Whole Foods in Downtown ATX. This is great right before bed to ensure you are fully rested from your sleep. I've been doing more yin recently and its so great for getting into those deeper stretches for a long time. Normally we visit those poses for a few minutes at the end of a class, but this practice is all about the juicy end of class stretches. Enjoy!
