If your cup is feeling half empty today allow your breath, presence, and intention to fill your cup. It's the subtle shifts of mind and body. This is a slower practice meant to utilize a slower diaphragmatic breath. Breath as if you are smelling your favorite sweet flower. We move slowly breath to movement, however with more grounding postures and holds.This full body flow will open your hips, offer detoxifying twists, grounding, balancing poses, and transformative breath work.
