This class is quite special to me because I filmed it at my yoga studio! So you get to see a glimpse of Black Swan Yoga Houston! This is a pretty fast paced class in which we flow through a vinyasa sequence quickly. We really get into our hips as well as get some booty work in! We also get to work on a little arm balance action by incorporating crow pose. Start in child’s pose and enjoy!
