This bodyweight class starts with intense legs, and then moves to some plyometrics, and core work. You will fire up and engage your entire body through these seven movements performed for 45 seconds each for five rounds. Take modifications as needed or intensify to feel the burn. Breathe and find some active recovery during the break between rounds, don't give up, and power through all the movements. You've got this!
