This one can be quite scary, but don’t worry, you’ve GOT THIS! Be confident and strong! As the flyer, you will go completely upside down so you need to make sure you are stacking your toes above your hips and hips above your shoulders, all in one line! Please be sure you have a solid headstand practice before attempting this. Although it may appear that the base is doing all the work, the flyer is definitely engaging every muscle to stay strong and solid for the base. As for the base, make sure your arms are extended strong and you have a good grip on the flyer’s shoulders. Above all, be confident and have fun!
