Welcome to Video 6 of the Abs & Core program.The final class of the series! Congratulations on making it to the last workout of the week. You've put in lots of hard work and the rest day is right around the corner. The focus of today is around high plank movements. This is not only great for your core, but as a bonus, is beneficial for upper body strength as well. We'll finish with some posterior chain work to make this well-rounded. Here are the exercises:
High Plank to Forearm Plank Walk
Loaded Plank
Side Plank Raise
Lolasana Press
Lolasana Hold
Knees Over Toes Back Bend
Perform each movement for the prescribed amount of repetitions. This video shows 1 full circuit of all the exercises. As you become stronger and more conditioned, or if you're ready now, perform another 1-2 sets for maximal effectiveness. Enjoy!
