This flow is for the more well versed yogi because we move through the postures pretty quickly. Therefore, I won't be giving many alignment cues and instead, simply saying the pose name for the most part. Our peak posture is Chin Stand so we will be doing a lot of backbends and shoulder openers. Enjoy!
