We filmed this after a long hike up the mountain of Guadeloupe in order to see this epic waterfall! So enjoy the amazing views! As for the pose, really all you need to know for this one is to beast mode it up! Make sure you have a solid push up practice! Strong core and strong shoulders with no saggy hips! Enjoy!
