We'll be visiting a lot of different ways to stack your hips so you can strengthen that activation and have more stability in your Half Moon balancing pose! Stacking your hips activates the external rotators of your hip which are super important for every move you make with your body. Being more stable in half moon means you're more stable when you're walking, running, or pretty much doing anything that involves you moving your hips! Enjoy yogis!
