Here’s another really fun one! Although this one may not look that difficult, it really requires a ton of strength for both the base and flyer. In order for the flyer to balance properly on the base’s foot, the flyer must keep their whole body super engaged by squeezing every muscle as tight as possible. A preparatory pose is for the flyer to practice a steady Half Moon pose. Enjoy!
