I titled this airy fairy flow because it is very flowy! We do all kinds of fun “flipping” around and so the movements feel very whimsical and free flowing. I encourage you to move through this class as though you are flowing through water. As always try to sync your breath to your movement and flow from a place of intuition and trust. At the end of class, I talk about one of my favorite quotes to live by! Enjoy!
I named this class "just the right amount" because we hold each pose just the right amount of time. Not too long + not too short. Just enough effort to feel good and flowy. This is an all levels flow with a nice little food for thought peaceful meditation during savasana. Enjoy!
