This is a 30 minute practice that is all levels, so beginner friendly as well. I filmed it in my hometown, Wichita, Kansas. This class involves a lot of heart opening so get ready to crack your heart open to the world! We do some variations of low crescent lunges and high lunges, which both involve heart openers and mild backbends. Remember while you are practicing these heart opening poses, to really squeeze your shoulder blades together on your back and root your shoulders down away from your ears; therefore, allowing you access to really feel the benefits of heart opening postures. Start in Child’s Pose and set a wonderful intention for your practice! Namaste.
