Thank you for joining me for a 45 minute full body flow shot in Austin at Lakeshore. We start slow, warm the body, and then build towards a creative breath to movement based flow. Lyrical means to expressemotions in an imaginative and beautiful way.Move through dynamic transitions, balancing postures, detoxifying twists, and options to invert as you stay present through the process. Together we will work towards building self acceptance, strength, and a lyrical fluid sense of movement.
