Did you know yoga and exercise can not only change your body, but also your mind, attitude, and mood? For most of us moving our body isn't required for survival anymore, but it is what we were meant to do! My hope is that you will find joy and a sense of empowerment in movement whether it be yoga, Onnit classes, or however you get your sweat on. I believe that the more energy and intention we dedicate to honoring ourselves mind, body, and spirit the better we all become as a people and a planet. I am so excited to share these transformative practices with you and am honored to be a part of your journey. Let's do this!
