I had such a blast filming on the doc at Commons Ford! We had lots of fun furry visitors to accompany me for this all levels flow class. Move through a hip and heart opening sequence, followed by some twisting to wring out the spine and detoxify, and balancing postures to challenge you in mind and body. Remember yoga is first a breath / pranayama class. If you need to slow down or pause come back to your breath and start again. A little gratitude for the simple things, like cold watermelon and really good hugs, always makes things a little sweeter too!!
