Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha - Our union, our oneness is the progressing quieting of the fluctuations of the mind. In Yoga Sutra 1.2 Patanjali addresses consciousness. As you close your eyes, notice whatever contents are passing across your mental sky. Normally you identify with such contents and are unaware of the seer. Now step back from the contents and just observe as thoughts floats by like clouds across the sky. Can you identify with the seer? As you breathe feel yourself slow, soften, go inward, reconnect and remember your divinity. This is how we begin. Then we move! This little flow has got it all: core, twists, stretches, balancing postures, some and fun transitions challenges. Don't give up. Try something new. Fall over. Get back up.
