This practice starts off pretty quick taking you through a full body warm up to prime you for several rounds of Surya Namaskar A & B, a primary sequence, core work, and back bends. We finish it off with longer holds in grounding positions, a story about fire and the most enlightened beings, and savasana. If you have been practicing with me for while this is a flow and sequencing that might mix it up for you a bit :) Enjoy the journey!
