I am always working on the hamstrings, mainly because it's one of the main areas of my body that I can't seem to make headway on. Our body is so intertwined though and I realize that because one area is tight is the conclusion that another area of my body needs opening. It's a constant practice, y'all. Be gentle, be mindful, release your judgements of your own self, and have fun!
