Welcome to a grounding and fear releasing flow. In this class, we do simple movements over and over again to allow you to deepen each time. It takes our bodies and minds a while before we surrender into whatever it is we are doing. These movements allow me to relax and open and I hope they do the same for you. We end with a very simple meditation to relax the mind and hopefully it will be helpful for you during pregnancy, labor and even after. It can even relax you enough to fall asleep. Thanks for practicing with me and I wish you well on this magical journey of pregnancy!
