This class is a really nice slow mellow practice focusing on hip & heart opening. We take the postures slowly in order to ease into each pose to truly get the deepest, most beneficial stretch. We begin with legs up the wall pose in order to reverse our blood flow and get fresh oxygen and energy into our systems. We then move into a slow paced vinyasa in order to warm up our bodies. This class incorporates poses such as cobra and camel in order to open our hearts and stretch through our chest muscles. We wrap up the class with some hip openers such as lizard, pigeon, yogi squat, and frog pose. Start laying on your backs and enjoy!
