We will stretch the shoulders, chest, neck, hips, legs and back! This class is a feel good, deep breath kinda flow. Move mindfully, explore creative movements, and welcome your inner teacher to speak to you. Welcoming new perspectives can be a powerful way to grow. Quiet external stimuli and tune inward. Trust your inner voice and welcome it to speak to you with love. I speak about connecting with your baby in the beginning and end of this class, but the entire flow is free of that language so this class is also great for beginners!
