I filmed this 60 minute practice at one of my most favorite places in the world, Beaver Lake. Growing up I would visit every summer, so it holds a lot of very fond childhood memories. This class entails a wave sequence, which means we will do a sequence and then continue to repeat it, but add more poses onto it each time. Wave sequences are great for really getting into your breath and flowing with your body at your own pace. This class includes a lot of Half Moons and Triangle Pose, which are awesome hip openers as well as balancing postures. Begin standing at the top of your mat!

This is a gentle flow that is geared towards calming the mind while opening your upper back and shoulders. There is a wonderful balance of movement and stillness. Your body release tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back throughout the flow. Enjoy!
