In this beautiful backyard practice we start grounded to earth to connect and warm up. The theme and intention in the practice is Fearlessness. This sequence mostly consists of lateral and front line realeases like Extended Side Angle, and Humble Warrior, along with balance poses including Standing Splits, One Leg Tadasana and Half Moon Pose. We end practice back to the earth with hip openers like Lizard and Reclined Pigeon Pose and also twists and core work. This space was a beautiful place to practice, be in nature and enjoy the soothing sound of the running water. Hope this class makes you sweat as much as I did! Enjoy!
