Welcome to Video 5 of the Abs & Core program. As the name of the class implies, this workout is all about the lower abs. Not only is it incredibly functional and advantageous to have a strong lower core, but lower abs look great! Especially as we sit more, our lower abs or hip flexor muscles tend to atrophy. Let's undo that. Here are the exercises:
Reverse Crunch
Hip Raise
Lay on Hands
Knee Tuck Sit
Assisted L-Sit Single Leg Raise
L-Sit Hold
Perform each movement for the prescribed amount of repetitions. This video shows 1 full circuit of all the exercises. As you become stronger and more conditioned, or if you're ready now, perform another 1-2 sets for maximal effectiveness. Enjoy!
