In this tutorial, you will go through a series of warm up stretches recommended to do before attempting any acro poses. These warm up stretches are essential for flyers before attempting backbending poses. You will do a lot of chest opening and shoulder stretching. In this tutorial, the base will also get a good hip opening and hamstring stretch in, which is necessary for solid strong legs to support the flyer. These stretches will feel so yummy all around!
