Join me for this delicious 45 minute wave flow! I filmed it at the Hindu temple in Houston, TX! I'm so glad to be able to share with all of you the beautiful scenery of the temple. Anywhooo, this is a wave flow which means we will build our sequence and repeat it, but add on more poses each time. Wave flows are really great because you know where you are going so you can really move and get into the sequence more organically and with your own breath. This sequence is very fluid so it allows you to move with your breath at your own pace. We do a lot of hip opening, such as some deep bending in Warrior II as well as some Half Moon and Pigeon action. Start in a cross legged seated position at the top of your mat! Namaste!
