This is a guided/ visual meditation focusing on the birth of your baby. Doing something like this was so helpful for me during my pregnancy and truly helped me shed away any doubts or fears surrounding what my labor would be like. This meditation is not only for pregnant women about to deliver, but for any woman who would like to imagine the most special day there is.
