We take our time easing into this flow with some gentle heart openers and shoulder stretches. I like that it gives you space to get your bearings, in tune with not only your breath, but your body. After the warm up, we get into some sequencing that opens the hips and the heart. This flow touches on the full body so you can feel awakened and energized!
