The 6-Phase Meditation is a distillation of hundreds of books on personal growth and is designed by Vishen Lakhiani to create a remarkable transformation in your state of being mentally, physically, and emotionally. This meditation is the ideal start to your day to set intention for the day and vision for the next three years. The three phase we move through include: Conscious Awareness & Connection, Gratitude, Forgiveness, Three Year Vision, Daily Intention, and Blessing. Drop in to a quiet still space and allow yourself time to use all your senses, and especially your emotions to feel into each phase. Afterwards may want to journal about what came up for you. A daily gratitude journal is a great place to start!
