This all levels flow felt so good in my body. It's one of those times when slow simplicity does the trick. Take this time for yourself to breath into your entire body, to truly feel what needs to be felt, and remember your magic. Truly magic! We all have programming picked up from childhood, trauma, and well intended conditioning that sometimes needs to be evaluated and reprogrammed. This conditioning often manifests as self-limiting beliefs, fears, doubts, and shame.
