A Guided Self Massage with Blocks

Come on a little massage moment journey with me as we use 2-4 yoga blocks to massage out your body. I recommend having a towel nearby to create extra padding if you need it, especially if you have cork blocks as this will decrease the intensity of the sensation. If you don't that's okl. It's also ok if you only have 2 blocks, just modify as needed.
This guided self massage practice will help you feel grounded and is perfect for when you're feeling heavy and tired and are needing something easy and nurturing to help bring you back into restored alignment.
